Screen Name: Nilaanjan Reeta Datta, is a National Award–winning filmmaker from Assam, known for deeply rooted and visually powerful storytelling. An Economics graduate from Pune University and FTII Pune alumnus, he has directed documentaries, short films, and the acclaimed feature The Head Hunter (2015). Recipient of two National Film Awards and the Aravindan Purushkaram Jury Award for Best Debut Director, he also served as Associate Producer on the acclaimed feature Body. At Finchbill, he leads creative development and direction.

With over two decades of global film industry experience, has held senior roles across exhibition, distribution, and content syndication in APAC and MENA. Former Head of Film Acquisition & Distribution at VOX Cinemas (Majid Al Futtaim) and APAC Regional Head at Zee Studios, he brings deep international networks across Hollywood and Asian markets. Based in Singapore, he drives Finchbill’s global partnerships and distribution strategy.

A Filmfare Award winning Editor. She is an Economics graduate from Miranda House, Delhi and an alumni of FTII Pune. Based in Mumbai, she works across feature films, web series, documentaries, and ads. She donned the director’s hat when she directed the award winning short film Visitors and co-directed the critically acclaimed short film Vishaad. Co script writer of the multiple awarded feature film Head Hunter, she is presently developing original feature film scripts along with her editing career.

Siddharth Mahajan is a digital media and startup specialist with over 20 years of experience scaling ventures and raising capital across Europe and the US. He began his career at Nokia, launching e-commerce platforms across Asia with Ogilvy and Deloitte, and has since worked with Seven, Appia, Pokerface Productions, Blendai.digital, Mavenir, and Utiba. Also based in Singapore, at Finchbill, he focuses on investor relations and fundraising.
