Finchbill Motion Pictures Private Limited (FMP), is a company established in the year 2018 with a vision to mesmerize
the world with rare and myriad stories. When the world is engrossed by technological advancement and AI driven tech, it is still stories that enthralls humans as they stir a gamut of emotions and makes us decipher and decode the
planet around us better. Four like minded souls got together to realize this dream of telling such stories and create
meaningful content captivating the world. Unfurl tales, which will not only enthrall its audience but also build a
discourse around many themes that were buried for ages, not for the lack of potential but being lost in time.

FMP is in the business of Film Content Development, Productions, Promotions , Distributions, Film Festivals and
Events and operates through all its subsidiaries and brands, across India , successfully leveraging off its extensive
Industry Network, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.

Nilaanjan Reeta Datta
Nilaanjan’s passion for cinema bought him to Pune faraway from Arunachal Pradesh where he was studying, as he wanted to deep dive into an in-depth study of cinema and learn the art and craft of it. After graduating in Economics from Pune University, he joined the oldest and the renowned film school of India and one of the finest in the world, Film and Television Institute of India, (FTII, Pune), in the year 2000. After graduating with distinction from FTII, he Directed his first National Film award winning Documentary film “Bhanga Gara” which was funded by United Nation Development Programme (UNDP). Later in his career, Nilaanjan delved into spreading the knowledge of cinema and he went on to become the Head of Academics at his alma mater FTII. While teaching students of cinema, his passion for making meaningful films continued and he Directed his First Feature film “The Head Hunter”, in the year 2015. “The Head Hunter” went on to win many accolades across the world including National Film award of India and Best screenplay from Mexico International Film festival. He has also been awarded Best Debut Direction Jury at the 25th Aravindan Purushkaram, Kerala for “The Head Hunter”. The film was showcased at various prestigious international film festivals across the world. In the year 2018 he left teaching in order to completely dive into making content and began a new journey with Finchbill Motion Pictures. In the year 2022 he co-wrote and directed his first Hindi Feature film Shadow Assassins, which got released across theatres in India and Singapore and garnered very good reviews. Presently he is developing 17 original content which includes feature length films and web series. His motto is to make a mark in the world of content which not only will entertain the world but also have
layers beneath the text and trigger a discourse around such stories most of which are unknown to the world.

Navnita Sen
A professional Editor in TV18, New Delhi, with the credit of editing many cult shows, Navnita left her lucrative job and joined Film & Television Institute of India, Pune to further enhance her knowledge of cinema. After graduating from FTII in 2004, Navnita has edited several award winning Feature Films, Web series, Short films, Advertisement and Documentary Films. She has also done extensive work for Bangladesh and the Middle East. She has just finished editing a Bollywood feature film for Viacom and is now working on a Docu drama series for a leading production house in Mumbai. Navnita has also been the in house editor of Production houses like Apocalypso and the post-production house Prime Focus. She donned the director's hat when she wrote and directed a short film `Visitors’ which, won her the award for ‘Best Director’ and ‘Best Short Film’ in two prestigious international film festivals. The film was also picked up by Disney Hotstar, to feature in their short film section. Her eye for detail and her perfectionist attitude makes her a much sought after film professional both, in mainstream and the alternative space.

Rahul Kapoor
An individual with rich experience spanning across Motion Pictures Exhibition & Distribution APAC and MENA, Content Syndication, Cable & Satellite, Digital & OTT (SVOD), Film Acquisition, Theatrical Network, Independent Distributor Network and Telco network , Kapoor has helmed positions as the Director for Film Acquisition and Distribution Director for Majid Al Futtaim, VOX Cinemas which is MENA regions largest cinema exhibition chain spread across 8 countries and distribution network across 14 countries and he is currently based in Dubai (UAE), in the past he steered large scale theatrical acquisition and expansions in South East Asia as APAC Regional Head and Studio Manager for film distribution for one of the largest studios of India - Zee Studios. He is well connected with the International film community and production houses across Hollywood, Asian (Korean & Filipino) and Indian film industry.

Siddharth Mahajan
Sid is a media and technology specialist in business growth and projects with 20 years of experience. As a partner in Finchbill, his focus is raising investor capital and leading digital resources to implement projects. He has successfully helped organizations grow their business, implement projects, and, raise investor funding. He started his career in Nokia - where he worked with Ogilvy and Deloitte to launch Nokia e-commerce sites across Asia. Thereafter he has helped various digital media, Telco, and Info Communication and Technology companies like Seven, Appia, Pokerface Productions Blendai.Digital, Mavenir and Utiba scale their business. He also runs his own consulting practice Digital Ratios. Outside work, he loves going to the gym, biking, trekking and surfing.
